All Ampace products come with a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty covering any defects in materials or workmanship. Extended protection plans are also available at checkout.
How long does shipping take and is tracking provided?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery in real-time.
What is your return policy for opened electronics?
We offer a 30-day return window. If the item has been opened, it must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included. A small restocking fee may apply to opened non-defective items.
Are Ampace products compatible with international voltage standards?
